How It Works?
Conscious Connected Breathwork unfolds through a series of carefully guided steps, each designed to support your healing journey.

1) Initial Guidance

Michelle will begin the session by understanding your goals, setting an intention, and creating a safe, supportive space. Through personalized guidance, she will prepare you for the breathing process, tailoring the session to your unique needs.

2) Active breathing

You’ll be guided into a rhythmic, continuous breathing pattern that allows for a free flow of energy and emotions. This conscious breathing technique helps bypass the analytical mind, unlocking access to deeper layers of your being.

3) Emotional release
