How It Works?

1) Assessment and Safety

Every session begins by evaluating your emotional resilience and creating a safe, supportive environment. For some, the journey may begin with building a foundation of calm and safety before addressing deeper traumas.

2) Activating the Healing Process

Using soothing Havening Touch, we gently engage your brain’s natural healing pathways. A brief recall of the traumatic event activates the neural circuits encoding the memory, allowing the healing process to precisely target and neutralize its effects.

3) Emotional Release and Integration

During the session, you may experience the release of emotional weight, often accompanied by a sense of relief and calm. Distractions and guided exercises keep you focused on safety and healing, ensuring the process is gentle and non-retraumatizing.

4) Self-havening for empowerment
