About Michelle Holmes
Michelle Holmes helps people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or long-standing emotional patterns rediscover clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of ease. She offers an approach that is both grounded in neuroscience and shaped by years of study in integrative healing traditions.
Michelle holds certification in Integrative Health Coaching from Duke Integrative Medicine and trained as a Compassionate Ericksonian Hypnotherapist through the British Hypnosis Research and Training Institute. Her background also includes advanced studies in leadership at Stanford University, along with certifications in Havening Techniques®, Clarity Breathwork, and Reiki.
Based in Valparaiso, Indiana, Michelle works with clients around the world, and offers both virtual and in-person sessions through her practice, Heart’s Ease Healing. She welcomes people from many walks of life into a grounded, respectful space where healing feels safe, and lasting change becomes possible—for those seeking not just relief, but a deeper connection to themselves and what matters most.
